Administrative Division
	To assist all public works divisions in meeting performance goals by fostering an organizational environment that encourages a commitment to team-work and to the efficient delivery of quality municipal services to all City departments and the citizens in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations.
Motor Vehicle Maintenance Division
	To provide all City departments the transportation and equipment necessary for delivery of quality municipal services by providing prompt, effective and cost efficient maintenance and repairs to all City owned vehicles and service equipment.
Streets/Transportation Division
	To provide for the construction, operation, and maintenance of streets, roads, alleys and related services within the City in an efficient and effective manner that is consistent with the needs of the citizens and ensures the safety of the public and environment.
Water Division
	To provide an adequate, reasonably priced supply of potable water that is safe, reliable and aesthetically pleasing that complies with all state and federal water treatment regulations.
Wastewater Division
	To provide an efficient and effective wastewater collection, treatment and disposal that is safe, reliable and that complies with all state and federal wastewater treatment regulations thereby protecting the environment and safeguarding the public health.
Utilities Systems Division
	To construct, operate, and maintain all underground water and sewer pipes, and related utility services within the City in a manner that fosters a safe and clean environment and meets the desires of the citizens, and the standards of all regulatory agencies.
