Terry Hagen Public Works Director City Engineer 760-337-4505	The Public Works department is charged with maintaining the City streets, drainage systems and other right-of-way components such as street lights. This department also is responsible for the operation and maintenance of the water and wastewater treatment plant facilities and maintaining the fleet of City vehicles.
