RESTRICTED LANDSCAPE AND GRASS WATERING DAYS FOR RESIDENTIAL AND COMMERCIAL USERS
Turf/lawn watering days are restricted to three days per week starting on June 1st, 2016. In order to conserve water, please DO NOT compensate for lost watering time by increasing time on your assigned date.
a. Properties located west of 8th Street shall be permitted watering on Monday , Wednesday and Friday.
b. Properties located east of 8th Street shall be permitted watering on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.
RESTRICTED LANDSCAPE AND GRASS WATERING DAYS FOR CITY PARKS
City parks will not be subject to watering days restrictions, however they will be required to reduce water consumption by 30%
The application of potable water to outdoor landscapes in a manner that causes runoff such that water flows onto adjacent property or public sidewalks and roads is prohibited.
The use of a hose that dispenses potable water to wash a motor vehicle without a shut-off nozzle is prohibited.
CLEANING DRIVEWAYS AND SIDEWALKS
The application of potable water to driveways and sidewalks is prohibited.
The use of potable water in a fountain or other decorative water feature without a recirculating system is prohibited.
WATER IN RESTAURANTS
Restaurants shall only serve water upon request.
HOTEL LAUNDRY SERVICE
Hotels shall provide guests with option of choosing not to have towels and linens laundered daily.
Irrigation of turf within street medians is prohibited.
