FAQ's:

  • What do I need for a Vehicle Release:
    A valid Drivers License, you must be the registered owner, the Vehicle Registration must be current, and there is a fee of $221.00
  • I need to Register as a Sex or Narcotics Offender
    Come into our department during working hours and we will register/update your status.
  • Information on Copies of Reports
    If you are the victim of a crime, you can obtain a copy of the Police Report by coming in person to our department. The cost for reports is $8.00 per report except (a) If you are the victim of Domestic Violence - a report copy is free for you; (b) Log Entries are also free.
    Log entries are usually Vandalism, or Traffic Collisions without injuries, but please contact the records division at (760) 337-4529 for more information.
    Please allow 7-10 business days after reporting for the report to be ready.
  • False Alarm Information
    Applications for Alarm permits can be obtained at oour station. The cost is $15.00 per location. False Alarms are charge quaterly at a rate of $50.00 per call (the first two calls being waived).
