All dinner buffets include one entrée with garden salad, two (2) dressings, two (2) cold pasta salads, fresh fruit platter, cold fruit salad, dinner rolls, and a choice of three items: Green Beens, Au Grattin Potatoes, Rice Pilaf, Corn Nib Lets, Garlic Butter Vegetables. Brewed Coffee, Decaffeinated Coffee, Iced Tea, and Water. Carne Asada ($15.95 per person) - Charbroiled rib eye steak marinated with Mexican spices and lemon juice, Served with flower tortillas and salsa. Tri Tip ($15.95 per person) - Slowly roasted with our special rub of spices. Offered with our homemade BBQ sauce. Chicken Cordon Blen ($15.95 per person) - Chicken breast wrapped around thin slices of ham and Swiss cheese, breaded and deep fried, topped with Hollandaise sauce. Lemon Herb Chicken ($14.95 per person) - Boneless, skinless, chicken breast seasoned with lemon herb spice. Charbroiled, topped with fresh lemon slices and finished in the oven toperfection. Mushroom Chicken ($14.95 per person) - Boneless, skinless, Chicken breast, charbroiled, topped with a cream of mushroom sauce and finished in the oven to perfection. Barbacoa ($14.95 per person) - Befy slowly cooked in its own juices with chilli, oregano, garlic, and bay leaves. Then shredded and served with chips and salsa. |
