- Stay on sidewalks and obey traffic signals
- Bring candy home to be inspected by an adult before consuming
- Walk on Sidewalks; NOT in the street
- Cross the Street only at corners
- Be Cautious of Animals and Strangers

- Make sure your yard is clear of such things as ladders, hoses, etc.
- If you use candles, place them away from trick-or-treaters
- Suggestions for Non-Food treats: plastic rings, pencils, stickers,
coins
- Don't ignore your kids, TALK safety with them .. be a
part of the fun!!!

- If your car is in the driveway, make sure it is a well-lighted home
to prevent injuries
