Welcome to the Finance Department. The Finance Department manages the financial affairs of the City including the Redevelopment Agency. Responsibilities include providing financial information to the City Manager and City Council regarding the fiscal affairs of the City, preparing the annual budget and Comprehensive Annual Financial Report, administering the payroll, accounts payable and accounts receivable programs, cashiering, business license administration, purchasing, customer utility billing, and information technology (IT). We are committed to providing quality customer service to all departments as well as to the public. One of our primary goals is developing & implementing efficient and effective financial policies, plans and reporting systems that help the operating departments achieve their objectives and assure the City’s long term fiscal health.
