 Click on the applicable application to print a copy or contact the Division of Planning & Zoning to have a hard copy mailed to you. Completed applications may be submitted to the Division of Planning & Zoning, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., except holidays.

Please ensure that all blank fields are filled in and that the applicant signs and dates the application. To avoid any delays in the processing of your application, please submit the applicable processing fee(s) as noted on the top left hand corner of each application and submit all the required attachments.
